Meet the Team

Sergio Meneses, Senior Accountant

Master of Commerce, Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting

Originally from La Paz, Bolivia, Sergio has studied, lived and worked in Canberra since 2001. At home in Bolivia, Sergio completed an Audit Degree, majoring in accounting. He then moved to Australia and completed a Master of Commerce at the Australian National University. Since then, he has been working in accounting and taxation, acquiring many loyal and friendly clients along the way. Sergio also has a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting and is registered with the Tax Practitioners Board. He specialises in personal tax returns, rental properties, capital gains tax and small business tax returns.

Lisa Ramsay, Senior Accountant

Bachelor of Commerce & Accounting, First Class Honours

Originally from Wyoming in the United States, Lisa has resided in Australia since 2000. She first completed her Associates Degree in Business at Sheridan College in Wyoming, and then progressed to achieve her Bachelor of Commerce & Accounting at the University of Canberra, graduating with first class honours.

Lisa has been working in accounting and taxation since 2001 and formally specialises in preparing returns and offering financial advice for sole traders, small businesses, partnerships, trusts, and company tax returns.

Jodie Richards, Accountant

Certificate IV in Accounting, Certificate IV in Business, Marketing & Management Diploma

Jodie grew up in Bombala NSW and moved to Canberra in 2001 where she obtained a Certificate IV in Accounting from TAFE, Certificate IV in Business by Retail & Office Training Centre, and a Marketing & Management Diploma through the Australian Business Academy. She began working in the accounting industry in 1997 and joined the team at Credence Accounting in 2019. Jodie specialises in Bookkeeping and is a Xero certified advisor.

Andy Jauregui, Accountant

Advanced Diploma in Accounting

Andy moved to Australia in 1999 after growing up in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He has been working in accounting and taxation since 2017 with Credence Accounting and completed his advanced diploma in Accounting through CIT in 2021. Andy specialises in individual tax returns, company tax returns, Trusts, BAS’s and CGT.

Pari Paudel, Accountant

Master of Professional Accounting and Master of Business Administration

Pari moved to Australia from Nepal in 2018 to pursue his academic and professional aspirations. He successfully completed a Master of Professional Accounting in 2020, laying a solid foundation for his career in Accounting and Finance. Beginning his finance career in 2015 in Nepal, He transitioned to Tax Accounting in Australia in the year 2021, driven by a passion for taxation and financial planning. He joined the Credence team in 2024 where he specialises in preparing individual tax returns, including investment properties and complex Capital Gains, and assisting with a variety of small business obligations.

Jade Darcy, Office Manager

Administration

Jade grew up in a small country town in the Central West and moved to Canberra in 2017. After working in retail and hospitality management roles, she joined the Credence Accounting team in 2023 as the Office Manager. Handling a diverse range of tasks, from managing schedules and coordinating resources to providing support to our team, Jade is the welcoming first point of contact for our new and existing clients.

Samantha Fooks, Bookkeeper

Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Certificate IV in Business

Samantha is originally from Sydney and after travelling overseas for a few years, settled in Canberra in 2003. She obtained an Advanced Diploma in Marketing and Certificate IV in Business through the Canberra Institute of Technology. Samantha owned a local retail business for 11 years, which gives her a unique insight into the requirements and expectations of small business owners. She joined the team at Credence Accounting in 2023 and is a Xero certified advisor.
